Each year, the Florida State USBC Association recognizes individuals for their meritorious service or their superior performance in both the adult and youth categories.
Nomination files are listed below, and contain the nomination criteria for each category. The files also contain the forms for both meritorious service as well as superior performance. Nominations must be written and submitted via mail or electronically no later than June 30th for Adults and April 30th for Youth.
