Bowlers Recognized by USBC for High Scores - UPDATE

The USBC has recently recognized THREE teams of bowlers and one Florida U15 bowler who accomplished National High Scores for the 2022/2023 season!

Women's 2-Person Series

National High Doubles

While competing in the West Volusia USBC Women's City Championship in Doubles Event, Michele Harper rolled an 814 series and her partner Alyssa Fodrie rolled a 759 series on March 4, 2023. Their 1573 total was not only good enough to win the Women's Doubles event, but it has also been recognized by the USBC as the highest Women's 2-Person series total in the nation during the 2022/2023 season.

Top Team 2-Men Game

Recognized also were Brian Williams and Jerry (Ray) Baumbach, who tied for 1st place in the Top Team 2-Men Game for the 2022/2023 season. While bowling in the Cash Masters League at Dunedin Lanes (Suncoast USBC), these gentlemen both rolled a 300 game for a combined score of 600.

4-Men, 1-Woman Category

In addition, we also congratulate the Thanks for tryin team, consisting of Jennifer Hannum (278), Brett Hannum (258), Daniel Watkinson (289), Jeremy Mummert (248) and John Watkinson (268) for a single-game total of 1341. Rolled during the Wednesday Night Mixed League at Shore Lanes Palm Bay. This team is recognized as the highest game score for the 2022/2023 season in the 4-Men, 1-Woman category.

Last, but not least, Malachi Sykes from the West Volusia USBC was a member of the A.D.S. U15 4-Player team that rolled a 2560 series. This team placed first in the U15 category for the 2022/2023 season.
